On May 18, 2024, Australian Trefoil Health Technologies Pty Ltd proudly served as a key participant and co-organizer of the 2024 International Nutrition and Health Summit held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The summit attracted internationally renowned experts and scholars from the fields of nutrition and big health across more than 10 countries, including presidents of national nutrition societies, multiple academicians, leading university professors, and prominent industry figures. Together, they engaged in high-level discussions on the deep integration of nutritional science with the big health industry and its future pathways.
Themed “Nutrition Driving the Future of Health”, the summit focused on the latest research progress and industrial applications of nutritional interventions in anti-aging, chronic disease prevention and control, functional food innovation, precision nutrition strategies, and the construction of sustainable health systems. Hundreds of delegates from around the world conducted in-depth academic exchanges and collaboration negotiations through keynote speeches, sub-forums, roundtable discussions, and industry-academia-research matchmaking sessions.
Mr. Liu Shuang, Chairman of Australian Trefoil Health Technologies Pty Ltd, was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled “Integration of Industry and Research: Exploring New Pathways for Big Health”. Drawing from the macro background of upgrading global health demands, industrial transformation pressures, and accelerated technological innovation, Mr. Liu systematically elaborated on the critical role of deep industry-research integration in driving high-quality development of the big health sector. He particularly emphasized Trefoil’s core advantages in selenoprotein-related mechanism research, nano-delivery technologies for plant flavonoid active compounds, and the development of anti-aging functional nutrition products.
